Amazing Product

Just switched our deburring from the 3/8" green cones to the 3/16" x 3/8" cylinders & couldn't be more happy with the results! We have a ~99% reduction in media getting stuck in holes & the parts deburr to the same finish in ~60% of the time without any damage to the part. We are mostly deburring 6061 & 7075 aluminum. You will want 3 boxes to properly fill a mr deburr 300.

Quick tip... Save yourself some time, & put a garbage bag in your water pump bucket, when it's time to change the water, you can just throw away the debris that accumulated at the bottom, after you pour off the water.

Great for titanium

Using this media in the Mr. Deburr 300. Works great for 1x4x0.187 parts. Leaves nice finish, removes burrs, but doesn’t kill the edges.
