- 45 minutes with Angle Cut Tristar 7/8 X 3/8 SF
- Compound: VF100 with the SF Media
Results:
Plastics can be some of the most challenging materials to finish using a tumbling machine and media. For this part we were asked to develop a process to remove the excess glass fiber/plastic flashing from the molding process. An abrasive ceramic media in a Mr Deburr DB300 made quick work of this task leaving a finished part ready for post processing
